PANN AUTO RETURN POLICY

01. INDEMNITY : Customer will indemnify and hold Pann Auto Performance LLC harmless from all liability and damages incurred as a result of any parts purchased and/or installed by the customer.

02. REFUNDS : All sales are final and no refund shall be given on any returned merchandise.

03. RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
  a. All requests for exchanges/credit must be made within five (5) days from the day you receive your merchandise.
  b. This original invoice is required for all credits/exchanges.
  c. There will be no exchange/credit on electronics, light bulbs, special orders, and personalized items.
  d. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on all exchanged and credited merchandise.
  e. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and with all its original contents.
  f. Parts MAY NOT be returned if modified, installed, or used. Mounted wheels and/or tires MAY NOT be returned.

04. SPECIAL ORDERS:
  a. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for special orders.
  b. Special orders are processed in a timely manner. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some special orders may be delayed. Pann Auto Performance makes every attempt to notify the customer of such delays in advance, and of unexpected future delays. However, Pann is not responsible for such delays and cannot honor refund requests on such orders.
  c. Unreasonable delays are subject to refund and/or return. Talk to our manager for details.

05. WARRANTY: Other than product manufacturer's warranty, no warranty is expressed or implied by Pann Auto Performance.

06.All sales are final unless item(s) are defective upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. If the product is on backorder or is discontinued, we will notify you within 48 hours.
